Dr Sarah Nguyen is a small-animal veterinarian with twelve years of clinical experience in Sydney practice. She reviews Zookie's healthcare, diet, desexing and skin-care content for medical accuracy — checking dosages, claims and recommendations against current clinical evidence before anything is published.
Dr Nguyen's review is deliberately conservative: where evidence is mixed, our articles say so; where a vet visit is the right answer, our articles say that too — even when a product or home remedy would make a more clickable story. That editorial spine is why Zookie content can be relied on when it matters most: at 9pm, with a sick pet, deciding whether to wait or drive to the emergency vet.
